Forward Looking Statements and Accuracy of Data
This Site contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of applicable securities laws. These forward looking statements are not based on historical facts but rather on management’s expectations regarding future activities, results of operations, performance, future capital and other expenditures (including the amount, nature and sources of funding thereof), competitive advantages, business prospects and opportunities. All statements contained herein that are not clearly historical in nature are forward-looking, and the words “anticipate”, “believe”, “expect”, “estimate”, “may”, “will”, “could”, “leading”, “intend”, “potential”, “contemplate”, “should”, “plan”, “predict” and similar expressions are generally intended to identify forward-looking statements. All forward-looking statements are based on our beliefs and assumptions based on information available at the time the assumption was made. By its nature, forward-looking information involves numerous assumptions, inherent risks and uncertainties, both general and specific, that contribute to the possibility that the predictions, forecasts, projections or other forward-looking statements will not occur. Such forward looking statements reflect current beliefs and assumptions of Trillium’s management and are based on information currently available to management. Forward looking statements involve significant known and unknown risks, uncertainties and assumptions and other factors that may cause Trillium’s actual results, levels of activity, performance or achievements to differ materially from those implied by the forward looking statements. A discussion of risks and uncertainties facing Trillium appears in Trillium’s Annual Information Form for the year ended December 31, 2017 filed with Canadian securities authorities and available at www.sedar.com and on Form 40-F with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission and available at www.sec.gov, each as updated by Trillium’s continuous disclosure filings, which are available at www.sedar.com and at www.sec.gov. These factors should be considered carefully and prospective investors should not place undue reliance on the forward looking statements. Although the forward looking statements contained on the Site are based upon what management believes to be reasonable assumptions, Trillium cannot assure investors that actual results will be consistent with these forward looking statements. Forward looking statements and other Data are based on information that is no more current than the date the statements or Data are posted on the Site and Trillium assumes no obligation to update or revise the information provided to reflect new events or circumstances, unless required by applicable law. Data contained on the Site is provided on an “as is” basis and is subject to change without notice. The Data may be inaccurate, out-of-date, or otherwise incorrect. Please contact Trillium to obtain current Data.
